Introducing Our Community Health Coordinator

Dear Residents,

We are thrilled to announce that the Wales Board of Health has joined the Charlton Coalition for Public Health.  As part of the CCPH, we welcome our new Community Health Coordinator, Mary Carpenter, to the team. Ms. Carpenter’s role will focus on bridging the gap between our community and services they may need.

In her position, Ms. Carpenter will act as a resourceful liaison, working closely with community members and local organizations to facilitate access to a range of services. These services may include medical care, mental health support, nutrition programs, social services, and other essential resources.
