The Capital Planning Committee meets as needed and drafted the below Capital Planning Schedule, which was presented to the Board of Selectmen on 01/29/2013. Future revisions may be required if contribution goals and unexpected expenses are modified in future budgets.
Forms for use by Department Heads & Board/Committee Chairs
The below letter was sent to all Boards, Committees and Departments requesting notice of any upcoming Capital Project Requests and also requesting an updated Department Inventory. Capital Projects Request forms are due January 8th, 2018 and Department Inventory Lists are due February 5th, 2018.
CIP Committee Members
Members are appointed by town bylaws as representatives of the various boards and committees in Wales. Additionally, the committee must include one member-at-large and the town's Executive secretary.
Anyone wishing to comment on items pertaining to expenditures from the Capital Stabilization fund may attend any of the scheduled meetings, send a letter to the above address, or send an e-mail.
