Preliminary Certification of FY22 Property Values

The Wales Board of Assessors has been granted preliminary certification of proposed Fiscal 2022 Assessments. New values are primarily determined by calendar year 2020 sale prices.
Property values can be viewed on Town website or at the Town Hall during regular business hours.
