Executive Session

The Commission may convene in executive session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(7) “to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements” (“Purpose 7”), in reference to the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 22(f), (g).

Review of the minutes from the Commission's Executive Session of Feb. 25, 2021, to determine if the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 22(g)(1) warrant continued non-disclosure from the public.
