- Discussion regarding the timeline of this application, including the public hearing dates.
- Status of commissioners who joined the commission after the application was submitted.

Old Business - Commission procedures:

- Procedures for handling public comments during regular commission meetings and public hearings
- Procedures for electronic noticing of meetings and public hearings
- Review of the current commission rules and local bylaws
- Administrative fees charged by the town to applicants for various WPA forms submitted to the commission, and fees to be paid for the continuation of public hearings
- Filing procedures to be used by applicants during the pandemic, types and quantities of documents to be submitted
- Ability of the commission to make non-electronic versions of applicant filings available to the public during the pandemic
- Acceptance of testimony by subject matter experts during public hearings
- Purchase of IT equipment and supplies by the commission

- Flooding issues on McBride Road

Executive Session

The commission may enter executive session in order to discuss the pre-selection of specific firms for current and future Peer Reviews, and the scope of work those firms may be called on to provide to the commission
