Assessor Home Visits Taking Place

The Board of Assessors will be visiting homes in Wales to update property record cards. These visits are required by law, and you can review and dispute the information on your property record card. We make every effort to call and let you know that we will be visiting your home.

If you have filed a building permit with the Building Department, the Board of Assessors may visit your property measure your garage, pool, deck, or what ever was indicated on the building permit.

If you have built a new home or remodeled your existing home the Assessors will call to set up an appointment to see the interior.
