Information About Turning In Papers for Certification During Shutdown

Options for Turning in Papers to be Certified:

PAPERS MUST BE RECEIVED (NOT POSTMARKED) BY THE DUE DATE/TIME ON THE FORM

 

1.  Call the office 413-544-8655 or email [email protected] to arrange for a time to drop off the papers in person.       

 

2.  Mail - or Delivery (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) papers if the deadline is not approaching to:

Please include a pre-stamped and pre-addressed envelope to have your papers returned. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express to have your papers returned promptly. Note that UPS and Fed-Ex do not make daily stops in Wales, they only come in when they have a delivery. Since our office hours are limited, it makes it difficult to return the papers via other delivery services. 

3.  Drop Box - Utilize the Tax Collector’s drop box (at the corner of the parking lot behind the Town Hall) at 3 Hollow Road.

Please put them in an envelope with your contact information including your name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address, and leave a message with the Town Clerk (413)245-7571 x 101.  A receipt will be e-mailed to you.
