Exercise is very important for staying healthy and mobile, but who has time to go to the gym?
- Our “mini gym” is open daily; Monday thru Thursday, 10am to 2:30pm
- Enjoy our “donated” eliptical machine, treadmill and light weight dumbells
- Our mini gym is located in our main room
