- House Check Form - Tell us when you are out of town, and we'll periodically check up on your property for you.
- Firearms Licensing Application - To obtain a firearms license, first click the above link and fill in the application. Then, mail the completed application, along with a check payable to the Town of Wales for $100, to the Police Department. Photos provided at no charge. Please follow the detailed instructions on the main page of this website for new applicants. We now have the MIRCS (Massachusetts Instant Records Checks System) computerized version of LTC process. Note: If applying for your permit for the first time, a safety certificate from MA approved instructor is required by Massachusetts General Law.
