Inclement Weather Policy
The Town’s established policy with regard to inclement weather remains in effect.
In the event that the Tantasqua Regional School District cancels school, town buildings will also be closed.
Although our buildings are closed, employees are working remotely with access to both email and voicemail. Departmental contact information can be obtained by visiting our website at
In the case of a delay in the opening of school, some town buildings and/or offices may also experience a delayed opening.
Tax payments can be deposited in the receptacle located at the roadside corner of the rear parking lot of the Town Offices.
Any other departmental mail can be placed in the secure lockbox located in the rear door of the Town Offices. Staff will distribute mail to the appropriate department upon return to the building. We recommend leaving a follow up email and/or voicemail with the department requesting confirmation of receipt any mail left in the lockbox.
